Post N° 1: Who I Am?




Hello there! My name is Belén. I’m a student of psychology in FACSO. I am 21 years old; I was born on November 25th, 1997 in Santa Cruz, Chile. But all my life I have lived in La Estrella, it's a little town in the Region Del Libertador Bernardo O’Higgins. I live with my parents, Gladys and Alejandro and my brother, Damian. When I started secondary education, I had to go to Santa Cruz, because in La Estrella it isn't a High School. During four years I traveled to Santa Cruz and I stayed in a boarding school with the purpose of studying. Then, I entered the university in Santiago. I feel good because here I live with my brother, I share with my friends of all my life, and the most important, I frequently travel to La Estrella.

Hello to all my readers. Today I will tell you a little about what I have planned for my future. The Internet

Before using the Internet, I had a computer that only used it to play with my brother. Then, over time (10 years) accompanied my senior cousin to a computer course and where we clearly taught to use the internet, everything I learned there was very easy for me. With time in school we also had computer courses, and as more resources arrived at school the internet was becoming more important in our lives. We no longer watched DVD movies, but we looked for them on the Internet, we no longer shared music via bluetooth, but we listened to it from YouTube. On the Internet we can find everything we wanted, books, music, movies, funny videos, online games, etc. So it became something everyday for my friends and family. My subsequent studies

Hi. Today I will talk about what I would like to study in a few more years, when I have my degree in psychology. As a result of so much sexual violence towards children and adolescents, this has become a problem at the social level that involves varied aspects: the judicial, the legislative. Also health, and very important, in my opinion is mental health. Since it has devastating consequences for those who suffer from it. Studies have written about the consequences in the short and long term both in terms of psychopathology and self-esteem, identity, among others.
